Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you must contact us first. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package, including the address. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.


If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
